Cancellation Policy

RESCHEDULING POLICY Sessions must be rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance, except for emergencies. Otherwise, the session is forfeited. Sessions cancelled by Coach will be rescheduled at no charge. TERMINATION Either party may terminate this Agreement with 30 days' written notice. Coach may suspend services if payment is 7 days overdue after written notice. Coach may cancel any session where Client arrives 10+ minutes late.
